This opens your email app with the message ready to send.

Your email app should now be open with the message ready — just press send. If nothing happened, write to us directly at [info@mintid.net](mailto:info@mintid.net).

Prefer plain email? Write to us at [info@mintid.net](mailto:info@mintid.net).

## Who should write, and what happens next

Every message goes straight to the team inbox and is read by a person — there is no ticketing system and no autoresponder. Telling us which role fits you helps us send a useful answer the first time.

01

### KYC organisations

You verify identities today and want to issue reusable, privacy-preserving credentials on MintID. We will walk you through council approval, status-root publication and the issuer bond — start with [the issuer role](/en/issuers).

02

### Builders and verifiers

You want to check zero-knowledge presentations instead of collecting documents — age checks, compliance gates, agent verification. See what the rail gives you on [the verifier page](/en/verifiers).

03

### Validator operators

You run proof-of-stake infrastructure and want in before the public testnet. Requirements and slashing rules are on [the validator page](/en/validators).

04

### Everyone else

Researchers, journalists, potential partners, or anyone who wants the SPEC-1 / SPEC-2 / SPEC-3 specifications — say what you are working on and we will reply with the relevant material.

## Reading the specifications

The whitepaper document and the SPEC-1, SPEC-2 and SPEC-3 specifications are available on request; the role manuals and the SDK documentation are public. MintID is a research-stage project and the protocol continues to evolve. Tell us briefly who you are and what you are evaluating, and we will send the current revision of each document.
